Seeking an energetic, organized, experienced, and engaged associate with a passion for helping our
franchise partners achieve success. Serving others is the culture of our business. As Office Manager of
bluefrog Plumbing + Drain, you will be responsible for general bookkeeping, helping maintain a teamwork
approach to managing the day to day responsibilities of our offices, and have a spirit of cooperation with
our existing team.

Job Summary
The Office Manager will perform administrative, customer service, and bookkeeping duties, including but
not limited to leadership in the following areas of this growing organization:
Financial
 Maintaining financial record keeping
 Support senior management with forecasting and budgeting activities
 Weekly drafting of royalties via ACH
Company Representation
 Serving as liaison for new hire processing, onboarding and franchise partner organization
 Coaching business owners and other evolving Franchise Development activities
 Supporting the bluefrog Plumbing + Drain team
 Work closely with Franchise Development in the recruiting of new franchise partners
Operations Management/Administration
 Procuring and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
 Process creation and improvement of systems
 Scheduling and coordinating training
 Answering the phones
 Running errands as needed
 Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements, Experience and Skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to maintain confidential information and materials
 Ability to stay current on industry developments and business to enhance professional growth
 Must be able to develop a professional and positive relationship with diverse stakeholders
 Must be detail-oriented and have superior organizational skills and follow instructions
 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
 Access to a reliable vehicle and meet all requirements related to driving record and insurance
 Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
Our office hours are currently 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and may adjust. The ideal candidate will need
minimal supervision in the performance of their duties. A Bachelor’s Degree and Related Experience
