Proposed KCMO Energy Empowerment Ordinance Passed by Committee The Energy Empowerment Ordinance, formally known as the Benchmarking Energy and Water Use Ordnance, was passed out of Committee this morning. These will go before the City Council for discussion, and likely a vote, on Thursday May 21st. The City Council Legislative Session is at 3pm, 26th floor Council Chambers. No additional public testimony will be heard. The agenda will be available about 1pm that day.
