Multi-Cultural Wedding Package
· Exclusive hire of the hangar for 12 hours*
· Ceremony on board Concorde (for up to 56 people, including bride and groom) if
required.
·A private brides room or prayer room.
·Use of our banqueting kitchen with Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Porter. Hire and
access included for 8 hours.
·Use of the Hangar and its tables and chairs for up to 400 guests for your
celebration. Can accommodate up to 750 guests in total – price on application.
·Crockery/cutlery/glassware:
· Starter plate (one plate, knife and fork per person).
· Main plate (one plate, knife and fork per person).
·Dessert plate (one plate, fork and spoon per person).
·Dedicated Event Co-ordinator support throughout the planning stages of your wedding.
·Duty Manager present on the day.
· Security staff – registered security for the duration of your event.
· Free car parking for guests.
Please note, a £500.00 returnable cleaning bond for kitchen is required along with
your final balance payment in order to confirm your booking. Subject to end of
kitchen hire sign-off from Kitchen Manager.
*Starting no earlier than 8.00 and finishing no later than 01.00, times to be agreed in
advance at the point of booking. Hire period of 12 hours to include set up, event and
de-rig period, additional hours or part thereof outside of agreed times to be charged
at £250.00 +VAT per hour.
Hire fee of £10,500.00 +VAT for this package available Monday to Sunday.
· Water glass and wine glass.
· White linen table cloths and disposable napkins.
·Unlimited volume of corkage:
· Wine, spirits, bottled beer and soft drinks only, does not include draught beer.
Draught bar available – price on application.
· Cash bar provision with bar staff if required – minimum bar spend applies.
·Two hours of consecutive Concorde short tours for you and your guests.
·Use of the Hangar and Concorde for your photographer to capture photos of your
special day.
· Wedding car access within the Hangar – subject to availability and weather conditions.
Ancillary services and additional items that your Event Co-Ordinator will
be happy to assist with:
·Additional guests from the quoted package at £15.00 per person +VAT (Package
includes 400 guests).
·Lit star cloth boards at £500.00 +VAT.
·Atmospheric lighting packages and other AV and event equipment hire available –
discuss with your Event Co-ordinator for more details and costs.
· Special rates at preferred local hotels.
