AN EXCEPTIONAL MARKETPLACE
Boston Design Center’s recently renovated second floor
will soon house a high-end antiques market, boutique
showroom spaces, a bookstore devoted to design and
architecture, seasonal market events and pop-up dining
experiences. Boutique spaces feature 14-foot ceilings
and are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows offering
spectacular views of the Boston waterfront and city
skyline.
M ARKET STALLS
Market Stalls at Boston Design Center is a brand new
marketplace that embodies the shift of this once designtrade-only building into a progressive, all-inclusive
design resource. The recently renovated second floor
west wing will soon house a 10,000 square foot boutiquestyle market featuring high-quality antiques sourced
from around the globe. Dedicated space is reserved
for individual dealers representing an eclectic mix of
period furniture, lighting, and art from the 17th to 20th
centuries appealing to interior designers, architects, and
design enthusiasts. In addition to the dealers located in
the Market Stalls, Boston Design Center is also home to
several other antique showrooms located throughout the
building.

BE TOP OF MIND FOR THE WHO’S WHO OF DESIGN
Visitors to Boston Design Center include interior designers, architects, and affluent homeowners with an
interest in high-end products. But foot traffic is not the only way we help you connect; Boston Design Center’s
creative and marketing team helps you achieve the widest reach by establishing a timeless, unified brand and
experience for the Boston Design Center. Our team implements BDC’s distinctive brand identity through the
creation of compelling collateral, production of innovative event programming, and execution of targeted
communication strategies.
In addition to developing its own programming and placemaking strategies, Boston Design Center’s creative
team consistently monitors the world’s most forward thinking industries - from retail and hospitality to art and
design - to gather inspiration for BDC. By taking cues from some of the brightest minds in the business and
combining them with Boston Design Center’s long legacy of design thought leadership, we are able to provide
a consistently fresh and inspiring experience for visitors and customers.

We’re excited by opportunities that bring like-minded design professionals and design enthusiasts together.
We host regular events and exhibitions, partner with local organizations to activate underused spaces, and
design our own programming, such as our lecture series, semiannual Sample Sales, Spring Showcase and our
annual capstone event, Boston Design Market. Together, our 2014 event programming attracted more than
2,000 visitors to BDC — including interior designers, architects, consumers, tastemakers, and the media.
