TERMS & CONDITIONS
Return Policy
• There is absolutely no return of bulk, loam, aggregates, or bark mulch; stone by the pound and special orders.
• All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
• We do not accept partial or opened pallets of natural stone.
• If we pick up product at your location, there is a standard 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was originally made. Cash will be refunded for payments
made by check after 10 days.
• Any returns made without a receipt will be refunded by store credit.
DELIVERY FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• Our delivery fees are based on mileage, directness of routes, and our own personal driving experiences.
• Scheduling is never easy! We regret that we cannot commit to a time of day; however, we will do our
best to indicate AM or PM, you can also request a call when the truck is leaving our yard with your delivery.
• It is not necessary that you be present for your delivery. Provide us with instructions at the time of
purchase, mark the area with a designated item or a Landscaper Depot stake provided by your sales
associate, and we will do everything in our power to see that your needs are met. Please note we cannot
be responsible for product delivered in the wrong area if the area was not properly marked.
• When deciding where you would like your materials dumped, please check the area for overhead wires,
low tree limbs, etc. Also take into consideration the height clearance required by our trucks while dumping.
• Unless a particular truck size is specified, for scheduling purposes, Landscapers Depot reserves the right
to send a truck that may be larger than necessary to complete your order.
• Sorry, we cannot deliver ½ yard increments.
• Class 1 or 2=15’ ht clearance, Class 3=20’ ht clearance, Class 4=25’–30’ ht clearance.
Forklift width is approx. 9 ft.
• We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hrs. notice of cancellation will
result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• When considering cancellations due to weather, keep in mind our materials are not stored indoors.
• Last but not least, in the wet weather the ground is very soft. Our heavy trucks cannot always go where your
car, pickup truck or garden tractor can go. It is very important that you have an alternate delivery area planned.

Pickup Customer Information - **Strictly Enforced**
1/2 ton pick-up trucks can take 1/2 yard of heavy material. (loam,stone, etc.)
3/4 ton pick-up trucks can take 1 yard of heavy material.
1-ton pick-up trucks can take 1 to 1 1/2 yards of heavy material.
All trucks can carry more bark due to the lighter weight per yard.
1 yard of stone, sand or loam weighs approximately 1 1/2 tons.
1 yard of bark mulch weighs approximately 500-600 lbs.
1 yard of any product will cover a 10’x10’ area (100sq. ft) 3” deep.
At Landscapers Depot we learned early on that if you want the
best bark mulch around you have to make it yourself. Since
1995 we have ground and colored our mulch from the finest
virgin bark the North East has to offer. Whether you need 1
yard or 100 yards, we can deliver our quality mulch to you.
We never use wood demolition waste or ground pallets in
our mulch.

Made entirely of aluminum, our U.S.P.S. approved heavy duty rural mailboxes feature a 1/8” thick extruded
aluminum body with a 1/8” thick die cast aluminum front door and rear cover. Heavy duty rural mailboxes
also feature a durable powder coated finish available in many contemporary colors and include an adjustable
signal flag and a magnetic door catch. The die cast door is attached to the body with a full-width stainless steel

Travertine Pavers
Travertine pavers are a natural material. They are
real stone and are available in various patterns
and colors. Natural stone paving materials have a
special look and feel and are very different from
man made pavers. Like any natural product it can
have variations in color and texture, but creates a
truly unique vibe.
Travertine is one of the best material choices for
pool paving. One of the best features is that it stays
cool underfoot in hot conditions. When you walk
barefoot, as usually is the case in a pool area, they
will not be hot on your feet.

A Major Credit Card & Drivers License are required
on any equipment rental. You may pay for the
rental itself with Cash, Check or Credit Card. We
require 24 hours notice on rental cancellation;
otherwise there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. We
do offer a damage waiver on equipment, which
is 10% of the rental price, or you may check with
your Homeowners Insurance for coverage, or
contractors check for General Liability Insurance.

*On weekly rentals or longer, Landscapers Depot
supplies a full tank of fuel; any additional fuel needed
is the customer’s responsibility.
