It was an article from a newspaper. In USA Today, Chloe Della Costa quoted research from the University of Chicago about the ten “happiest jobs in America.” Here they are, in countdown order. Upcoming Events 10. Systems developer 9. Senior software engineer 8. Business development executive 7. Website developer 6. Oracle database administrator 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. Research assistant Automation engineer Loan officer Executive chef School principal • March 27—End of Grading Period, All Students Half Day of School I’m disappointed that teacher, coach, and superintendent weren’t on there, because I’ve had those jobs too, and I can honestly say I was happy doing them all, just as I’m happy with my job right now. But, as I joked with Mr. Weckel, I’ll bet they didn’t run their survey just before Spring Break, near the end of the longest stretch of the school year! • March 30 through April 3—Spring Break I hope you all have a great Spring Break, and come back relaxed and ready to make the best of the spring stretch all the way through ‘til June 9th! • April 3—Good Friday • April 5—Easter • April 6—Classes Resume • April 10—Student Senate Blood Drive at Middle/High School Thanks to Chris Inman for this great cartoon...
