Achieving this prestigious standard will help the Community Association in many ways: It increases our chances of applying for and receiving funding which previously has been difficult to obtain. It provides substantial evidence of the quality of our organisation’s work. This shows that our services as a whole is operating at an extremely high level as an organisation. It creates greater cohesion amongst staff and trustees. Improves trust and the working relationship. It will give our management committees early warning signs of potential problems.
