Rings, grooming areas and hotel rooms occupied by its members are expected to be left with no appreciable damage, and as clean as possible, after the Specialty is over. As a measure of insuring that this standard will be met, the Club, as a matter of policy, sets forth the following standards of behavior. 1. No dog should be left uncrated in a hotel room in the absence of the room occupants at any time. Plastic sheeting must be placed under crates in guest rooms. 2. Dogs that consitute a nuisance to the other occupants of the hotel by continual barking or howling, may subject their owners to being removed by the hotel. Disruptive guests (or their dogs) may also be asked to leave the Hotel. 3. There will be no extensive grooming of dogs at the hotel. Dogs that are blowing coat should be taken to an off-site grooming facility (list available in the hospitality room). Tubs will be available outside for bathing. Grooming will be permitted in the indoor grooming area and designated areas the court yard and the parking lot. Exhibitors are required to keep the area clean and tidy. 4. No dogs should be washed in hotel bathtubs, and hotel towels should not be used on dogs for drying them or any other purpose. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, lounge or pool area of the hotel. 5. The external and internal premises of the hotel and show site shall be kept free of debris and feces caused by the presence of dogs attending the Specialty. All dogs must be on a leash at all times unless crated or in an exercise pen. You must clean up after your dogs; clean up supplies will be conveniently located for your use. 6. The BSCA urges its members to carefully inspect their rooms prior to checkout. Should a room or its contents exhibit signs of unusual wear or damage because of the presence of a dog or dogs, the occupant of that room shall recompense the hotel for all damages. Damages are the Guest’s responsibility and must be settled with the Hotel prior to departure. All members of the BSCA are expected to adhere to these standards. Non- BSCA members attending the Specialty will be held accountable to these Standards. 2 • BELGIAN SHEEPDOG CLUB OF AMERICA / 2015 NATIONAL SPECIALTY DRIVING DIRECTIONS The Holiday Inn Bozeman is located on the corner of Baxter and 7th Ave only one block south of Interstate 90.
