Candidates who appeared in written test on 29/06/2014 for the post of Junior
Accounts Clerk/ Correspondence Clerk/ Store Assistant against Employment Notice No. 02/2014 (Internal) and got minimum qualifying marks in the written test (as per Government of
Bihar norms 40% for UR, 36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC & 32% for SC/ST/ BC Female
candidates) as per their category were called for document verification on 05/11/2014.
On the the basis of marks obtained in written examination and document
verification a merit list was prepared and first phase of selection process have been completed
against advertised post. Meanwhile the update vacancy was calculated and following
candidates from the remaining candidates of above merit list are being called for provisional
appointment against updated vacant post of Correspondence Clerk and Store Assistant.

Company allotted to the candidates is the same in which they are working
presently. The formal offer of appointment letter will be available soon on the company
website www.bsphcl.bih.nic.in.
The candidates are requested to receive the signed copy of offer of appointment
for joining from Appointment Cell (Section – H- III), BSPHCL, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road,
Patna from 22.04.2015 to 28.04.2015.
They are also requested to download their offer of appointment letter from the website
and bring all certificates/ documents in original with them and submit one set of self signed
photocopy of original certificates/ documents at the time of joining.
Their appointment is provisional on two years probation period in PB-I (Pay Scale- 520020200) with Grade Pay Rs. 3200 plus other allowances as admissible from time to time from the
date of joining on the above post, on the following term and conditions:1. If any information given by them (educational qualification, date of birth, caste
certificate with creamy layer certificate and domicile certificate) is found incorrect or if
any discrepancy is found in part or full, at any time during the service, their services
may be terminated with retrospective effect and the pay and allowances received by
them on this account will be recovered.
2. They may be transferred any-where within the jurisdiction of the Company.
3. This appointment is subject to the General Service Rules and the Company rules.
4. They will have to execute a bond on a Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper after
completion of the induction training to the effect that after undergoing this training if
they leave the services of the Company before completing two years, they will have
to pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/-(Rs. Fifty thousand).
5. They will be required to produce CCC pass certificate in computer issued by
DOEACC/NIELIT Society within two years of joining. Till the submission of this
certificate, their joining will be provisional and annual increment will be kept pending.

6. They will have to bring the following documents/certificates/papers in original with self
attested photocopy at the time of joining in the company allotted to them :(i) Certificate of educational qualifications along with mark sheet as well as
matriculation certificate showing date of birth.
(ii) If they claim reservation benefit of BC/EBC, they must submit Caste certificate
and recent creamy layer certificate issued by the competent authority of their
home district in the prescribed proforma/ format of Government of Bihar. OBC
certificate issued for Central Govt. services will not be accepted. For SC/ST, only
caste certificate is required from competent authority.
(iii) An affidavit sworn in before the Executive Magistrate to this effect that the
candidate (a) has only one living spouse in case he/ she is married. (b) Had not
accepted any dowry (if married) or will not accept any dowry (if unmarried) (c)
has not been convicted by any court of law.
(iv) They will have to bring relieving order from their controlling officer.
(v) A medical certificate issued by Government Civil surgeon/ Medical Officer of the
BSPHCL or its Subsidiary Companies.
(vi) They must submit permanent Domicile Certificate of Bihar (If reservation benefit
is claimed)
(vii) They must submit an Undertaking as Annexure –I.
(viii) If there is minor difference in father's name of the candidates, He/ She must
submit an affidavit mentioning correct name of his/her father.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for joining.
8. If they fail to bring any of the above said certificate/ document and declaration as the
"Annexure-I" their joining will not be accepted & their candidature will be summarily
rejected and further correspondence will not be entertained.
9. Their Appointment is provisional till verification of Sahitya Alankar Certificate/ Degree
certificate and other certificates furnished by them.
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable, they may come and submit their
joining to the GM (HR & Adm.) of the allotted company on 28/04/2015 at 10:00 AM, at Vidyut
Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna failing which their appointment may stand cancelled and further
claim will not be entertained.
