Summer School Counselor Role Several schools have used the Scheduling Administrator (Screen Shot #1) role to create their summer school master schedule and are running into issues printing reports. If you are experiencing issues printing reports or used Scheduling Administrator role to create your master schedule, the solution is to edit your course(s) while logged in as Summer School Counselor(Screen Shot #2). The required edits are shown below (Screen Shots #6). Screen Shot #1 - Screen Shot #2 – Step #1 - Log in as Summer School Counselor Step #2 – Navigate to Admin>Master Scheduling Screen Shot #3 – Step #3 – Select Sections Editor Screen Shot #4 – Step #4 – Select course and click on Edit button – (pencil icon) Screen Shot #5 – Step #5 – Edit areas that require your attention and save.
