Some program hours will be 9-11 :30 a.m. and the classrooms for low incidence populations will have hours of 9:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. 4. Trip to Italy for Foreign Language Students Permission is for Truman foreign language students to travel to Italy on November 1-10,2015. Their chaperones will be Mr. Patrick Italian Teacher at and Mr. Kramarenko, Assistant at Truman. The approximate cost of the trip is $2,917.00 per student, which they will pay themselves. The cost to the district is for a SUbstitute for 7 days. 5. Permission is requested for 12 Truman Environmental Club students to travel to Florida on November 7-11, 2015. Their chaperones will be Mr. Lars Truman Science Teacher and Environmental Club Advisor, Ms. Renee Ejdaharian, Truman Math and Mr. Chris Schoettle, Acting Principal at Lincoln Elementary School. Request for Waiver of Board Rental Policy Patriot FC Soccer Club seeks to rent turf at a reduced rate for the purpose of soccer practice with minimal attendance (25 people). The dates will be Saturdays 3/14,3/28,4/11 , 4/18 and Sundays 3/22,4/19 , 5/3, and 5/17/15 from 12:00-2 :00 p.m . The supervisor will be Mr. Jim McCourt, teacher and coach at Truman, who will be responsible for opening and locking the gate and bathrooms . No custodian will be needed because of minimal attendance. The cost per hour would be $225, for a total of $1 ,800. Recommended Action: Approve the use of facilities request for Patriot FC Soccer Club of Upper Makefield, PA (non-profit) to rent the Truman turf field on Saturdays 3/14, 3/28, 4/11, 4/18 and Sundays 3/22, 4/19, 5/3 and 5/17/15 for 2 hours per session at a rate of $225 per session, per Board Policy with the following exception to the Policy: current Board Policy 707 fee schedule - $250 per hour for All Other Groups. 7. Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22 Programs & Services and Instructional Materials & Research Services Budget Recommended Action: Approve the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22 Programs & Services and Instructional Materials & Research Services Budget for the 2015-2016 school year for a total contribution of $30,998.00, an increase for Bristol Township School District of $599. Burlington County Special Services School District Contracts Recommended Action: Approve the contracts for 2014-2015 school year tuition for 2 special education students, T.J. in the amount of $41,191.00 and A.
