Alan Xafira Deluxe Resort Hotel & Spa is located on an area of 45.000 m² and is opened in
June 2014. It is at a distance of 5 km to Konakli city centrum, 15 km to Alanya city centrum, 100 km
to Antalya International Airport.
Alan Xafira Deluxe Resort Hotel & Spa is a unique holiday center. it’s peaceful atmosphere,
amazing gardens, private beach with blue water of Mediterranean Sea, children pools and scenic
beauties surrounded by trees which make our guests to live comfort and rest as they are at their
homes.
The Mini Club, which is consisted of playground, swimming pools with slides provides a
comfortable holiday for the families with children.

national and international broadcasting satellite 40” LCD TV, radio on TV, direct dial phone, shower,
hair dryer, WC, telephone in bathroom, central air-condition, electronic safe. Daily room cleaning
and towel changing and bed sheet changing in each 3 days are provided. Baby bed is available for
the room on request. Bathrobes and slippers are on request (chargeable). All rooms are nonsmoking.
 Superior Standart Room is 37 m² in size, designed with modern decoration. Sea view, mountain
view, pool view and land view. Min. capacity is 1 pax and max. capacity is 3+1 pax.
 Handicapped Room 8 handicapped rooms; Handicapped rooms are available for max.3 pax to stay
and have land view. Min. capacity is 1 pax and max. capacity is 3 pax.
 Garden Family Rooms are 53 m² in size, consists of two bed rooms. Parents’ bedroom is with a
double bed and other bedroom with twin bed. Only one bathroom with shower and WC. Pool view
and direct access to the pool from the terrace. Maximum. capacity is 3+1 pax.
 Family Rooms with connection doors is 50 m² in size and consists of 2 bed rooms; there are a french
bed and twin bed,
WC shower . Max. capacity is 2+2 pax.
 King Suite is 150 m² in size, consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room on the first flor and 1 bedroom
on the second floor. Both bedrooms consist shower and WC. There is also a Jakuzzi in the bedroom
on the first floor. Min. capacity is 2 pax and max. capacity is 4 pax.
 Vip Villas is located around the Vip pool.
Honeymoon Concept We serve the honeymoon couples with special room decoration, express check- in,
bathrobe and slippers and breakfast service to room on first day, free a la carte restaurant reservation
offering. Entering the room, fruit, sweets, and serve our guests with Local Wine.

Patisserie you can try between 16:00-18:00 our Delicious Cakes.

Turkish Restaurant Remarkable culture of dining and the most beautiful examples of Turkish and Ottoman
cuisine in our restaurant will fascinate you with its authentic atmosphere. There are concept nights in the
Turkish restaurant. Region of Blacksea concept, Region of Mediterranean concept and more regions of
Turkey.

For those who want to experience the utmost pool pleasure, the biggest pools of the area are intended
for our guest. Enjoy the warm summer months in our outdoor pool which is controlled and maintenanced
in extreme hygienic terms. You can reach the peak of fun trying different water slide choices.

Turkish bath to Thai massage, skin care to therapy programs many services await you. Professional
Masseurs treat much deeper passing through the surface of muscle tissue by effective pressures, gentle
strokes and necessary stretching movements on the energy points on the body. This massage enables

PRINCIPLES OF CONCEPT




Beverages are served in glass in all of our restaurants and bars. Bottles are not served.
All beverages are served to tables by service staff.
Service staff is allowed not to serve beverages to the guests who may harm himself, other guests or
environment after consumption of some beverages.
A la Carte Restaurants can be used once a week without charge. Second use is chargeable.
12 Years old and older import drinks and champagnes, VSOP, XO and other import cognacs, cigars
and mother import wines are not in Ultra All Inclusive Concept
There are 2 bottles of water, mineral water, fruit juices, drinks with gas and beer. All the beverages
are fulfilled everyday without charge.
There is an obligation of reserving one day before for all a la carte restaurants.
Room Service is chargeable.
Fresh squeezed juices are chargeable.
Beverages with alcohol are not served less than 18 years old .
Pets are not allowed.
Activities, places and hours of entertainment and opening and closing hours and places of the
restaurants and bars can be changed due to weather conditions.
Hotel cannot be held responsible for mistakes due to publication of travel agencies such as catalog
and introductory documents which are pressed before taking approval of the hotel.
Beverages which served in restaurants and bars are allowed to import by Custom Directorate.
Free & Charged facilities can be changed by hotel management due to operation and circumstances
of providing.
Smoking is not allowed in closed areas (such as rooms, restaurants, lobby etc.) due to law of Turkish
Government, numbered 4207 and dated 19.07.2009, which is related Damage Prevention and
Control of Tobacco
