The Vice President has ultimate operational responsibility for all clinical services delivery throughout the organization ensuring that care provided remains client focused. The Vice President must provide exceptional leadership in assisting St. Mary’s with living into its mission by providing excellent, thoughtful standards of care throughout the Center. In addition, the Vice President of Clinical Services is an engaged and active member of the Administrative and Senior Leadership teams and contributes to St. Mary’s organizational strategies. This effective leader must be skilled in understanding the importance of St. Mary’s being a Culturally Competent organization; skilled in Program Leadership and Management, Team Building and Development, Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal experience required.
