The Frontier Music Department would like to extend an invitation to your
son/daughter to participate in our summer music lesson program. This
year’s program will begin Monday July 6th, 2015 and will continue
through Thursday August 6th, 2015. Lessons will take place at Frontier
High School. The program cost is $90 and is open to Frontier students
entering grades 4-12. Summer lessons are a great way to enrich your
child’s development in music. Students will receive one 30-minute
private lesson each week for 5 weeks. The students will work one on one
with a highly qualified teacher who will tailor their teaching to meet your
child’s needs.
If you are interested in having your child participate in the program, please
mail to the address below, your completed registration form and $90 in the
form of either check or money order (no cash please) payable to Frontier
Summer School. ALL REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE BY
FRIDAY JUNE 5th, 2015. Schedules will be mailed by Friday June 19th,
2015. Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued!

SCHEDULE YOUR CHILD’S LESSON.
**THE PROGRAM RUNS 5 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, MAKE UP
LESSONS MAY BE SCHEDULED WITH YOUR SPECIFIC TEACHER
AT THEIR DISCRETION ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR
SCHEDULE.
