Speakers:
Jack Daly - Jack Daly is an expert in sales and sales management inspiring audiences to take action in customer loyalty and personal motivation.
He delivers explosive keynote and general session presentations. Jack brings 20 plus years of field proven experience from a starting base with
the CPA firm Arthur Andersen to the CEO level of several national companies. Jack has participated at the senior executive level on six de novo
businesses, two of which he has subsequently sold to the Wall Street firms of Solomon Brothers and First Boston. As the head of sales, Jack has
led sales forces numbering in the thousands, operating out of hundreds of offices nationwide. Jack’s topic is modeling the masters. Learn how
some of the most successful entrepreneurs have built amazing companies.
Andrew Sherman — Andrew J. Sherman is a partner at Jones Day in the Washington, DC office and focuses his practice on issues affecting
business growth for companies at all stages, including developing strategies to leverage intellectual property and technology assets, as well as
international corporate transactional and franchising matters. He has served as a legal and strategic advisor to dozens of Fortune 500 companies
and hundreds of emerging growth companies. Andrew has represented U.S. and international clients from early stage, rapidly growing startups, to closely held franchisors and middle market companies, to multibillion dollar international conglomerates. He also counsels on issues such
as franchising, licensing, joint ventures, strategic alliances, capital formation, distribution channels, technology development, and mergers and
acquisitions. Andrew’s topic is Mergers and Acquisitions where “David buys Goliath”. Understand how M&A works and how the time is perfect
for you (if it makes sense) to buy a company larger than you. How to know if it does make sense, how will you create value and what are some
unique ways to get these deals funded.
Dan Quiggle — Beginning his professional career in the Office of Ronald Reagan, Dan learned leadership personally from the master himself—
Ronald Reagan. Politics aside, president Reagan was one of the most gifted leader our nation has seen in a generation and Dan was right there
to see up close how president Reagan used and applied his natural skills to not only impact the lives of those around him, but lead the Free
World! Dan has spent his career emulating and refining the skills he observed directly from President Reagan and is passionate about sharing
his experiences with a new generation of leaders. Having successfully started five companies in fields as varied as retail distribution and medical
technology, Dan has the hands-on experience to authentically communicate with today’s top business leaders. As a graduate of UCLA, Dan
currently serves as president and CEO of America’s Choice Title Company, recognized by Inc. magazine as the 2nd fastest growing title agency in
America. Dan will be speaking about the lessons learned by working closely with President Ronald Reagan and other highly impactful leaders.
Jeff Hoffman - Jeff Hoffman is a successful entrepreneur and speaker. In his career, he has been the founder of multiple startups, he has been
the CEO of both public and private companies, and he has served as a senior executive in many capacities. Jeff has been part of a number of well
-known companies, including Priceline.com. uBid.com, CTI, ColorJar, and more. Today Jeff serves on the boards of companies in the US, Europe,

amazing journey of innovation, leadership and incredible growth as he and his team built one of the world’s biggest online travel companies.
Mike Paton — Mike Paton has spent a lifetime learning from and sharing with entrepreneurs. The product of an entrepreneurial household,
Paton cut his teeth in banking before running (or helping run) four small, growing companies. For the last seven years, he's been helping entrepreneurs clarify, simplify and achieve their vision by mastering the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Paton discovered EOS while trying
to run a $7 million company in Minneapolis. Drawn to its simplicity and usefulness, he quickly became a passionate advocate of the system and
leader of a vibrant and growing community of professional EOS Implementers, clients and fans. Co-Author of “Get a Grip” with Gino Wickman
(Traction), Mike will share the brilliance behind the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and how companies are leveraging this approach to
build highly effective organizations.
Greg Crabtree - Greg Crabtree is a speaker, author, entrepreneur and financial expert. After spending five years in regional accounting and
three years as Vice President of operations/controller for a local bank, Crabtree used his entrepreneurial skills to develop Crabtree, Rowe &
Berger, PC, a CPA firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build the economic engine of their business. In addition to serving as the firm's CEO,
Crabtree leads the business consulting team -- helping clients align their financial goals with their profit model and their core business values.
In his new book, Simple Numbers, Straight Talk, Big Profits, Crabtree explains how entrepreneurs can generate profit by first identifying the
solutions to the four most common misconceptions--owner's salary, profit targets, labor productivity, and business physics--then incorporating
the learned tactics into their companies' financial practices. Greg will present an all new program discussing how to run the financial side of
your business to maximize profits, create wealth and impact opportunities to grow in ways you may not have considered.
Warren Rustand - The common thread that permeates Warren Rustand’s experience is one of vision, strategy and executive leadership. He
has created, led and grown many successful private, public and not-for-profit entities. He has a passion for family, entrepreneurship, public
policy, and community. Warren is the CEO of Providence Service Corporation (NASDAQ; PSC) a US$1 billion social services and transportation
company. He was previously managing director of SC Capital Partners, an investment banking group. Warren was chairman and CEO of Rural
Metro Corporation, a US$600 million publicly traded emergency services company. He also served as chairman and CEO of TLC Vision, the
world’s largest lasik eye surgery company. He has served as chairman/CEO of six other companies. Warren served as a member of the Board of
Directors for over 50 public, private and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves on four boards, two of which are public, and he chairs
two of the boards. The range of these organizations is from multibillion dollar public companies, to midsize, early stage and startups. As CEO, he
has taken two companies public, one of which is the largest and the other is the second largest in their respective industries. Warren will share
his life-long experiences of buying companies and turning them around through vision, great teams and leading with integrity.
