ANDREW WALTON -B.A. Psych, ACW, ICADC.. Andrew has dedicated his career to a lifelong passion for helping others
for the past 8 years. Through both clinical and personal experiences, Andrew has been able to transform the lives of
individuals afflicted with addiction. Educated in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario and Addiction
Specialization at McMaster University, Andrew is an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (ICADC),
and also holds certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Applied Suicide Intervention and is a
certified Mental Health Crisis First Responder along with being a member of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors
Certification Federation (CACCF). Andrew brings experience from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health,
Bellwood Health Services Inc. and St. Michael’s Addiction Treatment. Andrew brings his professional expertise,
compassion and dedication as Director of Resident and Family Services at the Canadian Centre For Addictions (CCFA)
Andrew Galloway is a National Director of Edgewood Health Network. He provides counselling, treatment referral,
and interventions for the treatment of alcoholism and addictions at Edgewood Toronto Addiction Services. He was an
Interventionist for the television show Intervention Canada. He is an International Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counsellor (ICADC). His work has taken him across Canada, the USA, Italy, Germany and the Caribbean. In addition to
his practice, he is a counsellor for the National Hockey League/ National Hockey League Players Association and
Major League Soccer's Substance Abuse and Behavioural Health Programs. He has received awards for Academic
Excellence from McMaster University and for volunteer service in his community including the Harold A.D. Roberts
Circle. In 2008, he was a recipient of the Transforming Lives Award from The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Andrew has lectured to parents and students at Upper Canada College, Crescent School, Branksome Hall, The York
School and St. Georges. He has also lectured to students at the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo.
