This year national disability charity Action For Kids is bringing
the beach back to Canary Wharf to host their annual Beach
Volleyball Championships and you can join in the fun!

When and where
What
On Friday 17th July 2015, Action For Kids is holding
an action packed Beach Volleyball Tournament at
London’s Canary Wharf, E14 5EW.
Your team will get the chance to play at least 4
matches. The games will take place whatever
the weather!
Who
ANYONE CAN ENTER A TEAM.
A trophy will be presented to the winning team
and medals for the runners-up. Plus lots of great
prizes for everyone; including top fundraising
team, best dressed team, best team celebration
and most spectacular dive.
You needn’t have played before, as the rules are very
simple, and you will receive 1 hours training with a
qualified Volleyball England Coach! All you need is to
get together a team of 5-12 people with 5 people on
court at a time. Each team must have at least one
person of each gender on court at all times.

Action For Kids is a national charity working with disabled children and young people. We work hard
to remove the barriers to independence, and give all young disabled people a real chance in life. We
provide specialist mobility equipment, family support and our Towards Independence programme
features work-related learning and vital life skills training. But it’s not all work, work, work! Action
For Kids also offers a weekly youth club, weekend activities and residential holidays. Action For Kids
innovative and positive attitude ensures it is a place where disabled young people can meet, learn new
skills, make friends and above all have fun!
How to enter
If you would like to enter a team, follow these 4 easy steps:
1.Get your team of 5 or more people together, boys and girls.
2.Pledge to raise lots of money for Action For Kids. You’ll receive help and support from our
Events Team, our suggested target is £2,500 but remember if you enter a team of 10 that’s
just £300 each!
3.Fill in the form overleaf.
4.Return to Action For Kids with your registration fee of £300.
