The Caroline Chamber of Commerce 2015 C.I.V.I.C. Award Community Involvement and Volunteerism In Caroline Criteria and Nomination Form The nominee for this award shall be:  A resident of Caroline County or employed by a business with an office located in Caroline County  Respected by their peers and have a record of success in their chosen field  A self-­‐starter and willing worker, supporting non-­‐profit or charitable events and organizations that benefit Caroline County, without expectation of praise or reward  Known for above-­‐average participation in the promotion of activities that benefit the community at large It is not required that nominees be a member of the Chamber of Commerce, nor is it necessary for nominators to be members of the Chamber. The C.I.V.I.C. Award celebrates the county as a whole.
