We are delighted that you will be a part of CASA and look forward to a productive school year. In order for your student to attend school, they must be fully registered. All incoming freshmen will be required to take placement tests in English and Mathematics. We will register your student and have our counselor discuss and assist with course selection. Every effort will be made to get you in and out as soon as possible, but I recommend reserving at least an hour to get the registration and placement testing completed. Items you need to bring for registration and course selection include:  Proof of Age (birth certificate; notarized copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate; copy of the record of baptism; notarized statement from the parents or another relative indicating the date of birth; a valid passport; a prior school record indicating the date of birth).  Proof of Address – Please see back of letter for list of residence requirements.  Immunization/Shot Record – must be current.  Copy of most recent report card or transcript and/or class schedule for 2015-2016 if available from current school district.
