DIPLOMA IN LEGAL PRACTICE INTAKE 2/ 2015 CALL FOR APPLICATION
The Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) is calling for applications from
those who aspire to pursue the post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in the 2015 July
Intake.
This training will be conducted at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development at the
main campus located in Nyanza District Southern , Province of Rwanda.
 Classes will be starting at 08:00am – 05:00pm.
 The training period will be 6 months and 3 months for Internship.
 Registration will be open from 1st -20th June and the ILPD will start giving out
admission letters on 23rd-26th June 2015.
 The tuition fees for the course is now at a subsidized amount of one million
Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 Rfw).
 This is a full time Programme.
In order to confirm the application, applicants have to deposit 50% of the tuition fees on
the ILPD account no. 1000004096 which is in the National Bank of Rwanda immediately
after getting the admission. The chance of getting position will be based on the principle
of “first come first served”, provided that other requirements are fulfilled.
Admission documents and items (To be submitted in hard copy on the day of
reporting to the Institute)
I. “O” Level certificate(notarized)
II. “A” Level certificate(notarized)
III. Degree certificate(notarized)
IV. Degree Transcript(notarized)
V. Two Passport size photos
VI. Copy of the National Identity card for National students and a copy of Passport for
International students.
VII. Bank slip of registration fee of 10,000 Rfw (Ten thousand of Rwanda Francs)
VIII. International students should come with Certificate of good conduct which enables
them to study outside their country.

International applicants:
International applicants shall send only their scanned degree certificate on the following

II. National applicants:
National applicants will submit hard copies of the required documents to ILPD Kigali
office or in the Nyanza Head Quarters from 02.00pm to 05.00pm on the date started
above.
 Admitted students must be at the ILPD on 17th July 2015 before noon.
