The purpose of this Promotional Partner Agreement is to promote the Catalyst for Growth project and events, as follows: • May 22, 2015, Capri Hotel in Kelowna • May 25, 2015, Ambrosia Centre in Victoria • May 26, 2015, Ramada Inn in Prince George • May 27, 2015, Vancity Theatre in Vancouver • May 29, 2015, Crest Hotel in Prince Rupert Between now and then, the Partner agrees to: • • • Promote the Catalyst for Growth event by sending two (2) eBlasts (text to be provided): o Early bird, week of May 4 o Reminder email, week of May 11 Follow @econwomen and @businesswomenbc on Twitter o Provide Women’s Enterprise Centre with your Twitter handle o Tweet at least five (5) times prior to the event (suggested tweets provided) o Tweet during the event using the hashtag #econwomen Post to the company or organizational Facebook page at least twice to encourage women and men to attend Promotional Partner Agreement Page | 1 • Share the invitation and event in any company or organizational meetings, or public events, where appropriate The Host agrees to: • • • • • Post your organization’s logo on the Catalyst for Growth website (catalystforgrowth.ca) Post your organization’s logo on the partner materials Provide an Early Bird eBlast with a time-sensitive exclusive promo code for your members/clients to receive a special ticket price. The code is not to be shared electronically, in print, or made available publicly. Provide a second eBlast with an exclusive promo code for your members/clients to receive a special ticket price. Provide a space for your organization’s marketing materials on a table at each event This agreement is non-transferable, and no change shall be binding unless agreed to in writing. The Host reserves the right to change the event date(s), time(s) and/or location(s) due to circumstances beyond its control, in which case it will notify the Partner and work to overcome the circumstances.
