Caydon has purchased the iconic Nylex clock site at 2-8 Gough
Street Cremorne, next to the 17-21 Harcourt Parade parcel the
team purchased in 2008. The four acre land holding will be
developed into a significant residential, retail and commercial
neighbourhood along the edge of the Yarra River.
The team is working with Melbourne’s best consultants and
architects to deliver a new vibrant precinct. The heritage
listed Nylex clock will be a focal point of the $600 million
dollar re-development.

Caydon has purchased a new 3.3 acre site at 40 Hall Street
Moonee Ponds, just 6km from Melbourne’s CBD. Located in

team in 1999 Joe is the heartbeat of Caydon
and is hands on from concept to completion
of every project. He’s always a step ahead of
the market in predicting new hot spots and
makes the most of every opportunity.
Andrew is a chartered accountant with 20
years of local and international property
experience. His main responsibilities at
Caydon include procurement of project
funding, maintenance of cost efficient
capital structures and project reporting.
Michael is responsible for initiating and
delivering the sales strategy for Caydon’s
apartment projects. With over 15 years of
property experience, Michael specialises in
managing Caydon’s local and international
third party agents and Caydon retail sales
team to ensure projects are sold out and
delivered on time.

Jasmine is responsible for the strategy and
implementation of project and corporate
marketing, supporting sales channels with
high quality sales tools and collateral.
Jasmine has worked extensively with
tier one national builders, developers,
commercial and residential agents and her
years of marketing and business experience
span all sectors of the property industry.
Jarrod has a 20 year track record in
construction and has delivered over 2,000
apartments, across a broad section of
high profile Melbourne projects, within
record time and under budget. He takes
an end to end approach on every project
– through planning, design, development
and construction – to ensure every Caydon
apartment is built to stand the test of time.
Georgia’s primary role is to identify and
facilitate new development projects for
Caydon, including detailed due diligence
activities and potential tenant/retail
use investigations to inform acquisition
strategies. With over 15 years of industry
experience and a Master of Business in
Property, Georgia has extensive
knowledge of the development and
acquisition process.
