1. All competitors in major congress event
must be members of the C.B.A.I. master
points scheme (this rule does not apply to
out of state players).
2. Prize winners in intermediate & novice
events must provide proof of their status
from the club secretary.
The definition of the intermediate & novice
players will be set out in the C.B.A.I. rules.
3. No player will receive more than one prize
in any competition.
4. Tournament & play committee to be
appointed at commencement of congress.
5. The tournament & play committee reserve
the right to modify the programme if
thought necessary and rule on any issue
that may arise.
6. Committee decisions final in all matters.
