Congregation B'nai Shalom Annual Membership Commitment Schedule FY16 (June 1, 2015 – May 31, 2016) Congregation B’nai Shalom welcomes all members of the Jewish community who wish to be affiliated with us irrespective of their financial circumstances. For those who are experiencing financial hardship, we are able to offer a reduction in Annual Membership Commitment and religious school tuition, and can also defer building assessments by extending payment over multiple years. Pay by check the full amount of your annual commitment (due 6/30/15). 2. Pay by check an amount of one half (50%) of monies due 6/30/15, and pay the remaining half (50%) by 12/31/15. 3. Sign up for automatic bank draft on a monthly basis for a 12-month plan (by 6/4/15), with first payment in June. Bank drafts will be continued automatically until member notifies bookkeeper to cancel. Please Note: 1. Students will not be assigned to Religious School until renewal information and first payment are received. 2. All tuition rates include classes, trips, and other fees as appropriate for grade level. 3. Dues and religious school tuition for renewing members are never pro-rated. 4.
