The school would like to draw your attention to the following and request the parents to comply with
the guidelines provided.
Permission to leave during School working hours: Parents are requested to refrain from asking
permission to allow the children to leave the School during School hours citing various reasons.
Parents who wish to take the child home for various compelling reasons, are requested to come and
pick up their wards, with prior notice to the Principal/Headmistress. Main Gate Security will expect
such exits to be authorized by the Principal/Headmistress. Parents are requested to understand the
inconvenience caused to the School routine through such requests.
Uniform: Neat and ironed uniforms should be worn according to the days allotted.
(PRE-PRIMARY)
Regular Uniform: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (black shoes &school socks)
Sports Uniforms: Tuesday & Thursday (white sport shoes and white socks)

(PRE-PRIMARY)
School timings- 8.45am-12 noon (Monday to Friday) Saturdays will be a holiday.
GRADE (I TO IV)
School timings- 8.00 am -1:30 noon (Monday to Friday)
8:00 am- 11:30am (1st & 3rd Saturdays)
(2nd & 4th Saturdays will be a holiday)
Rules to be followed:
Parents (Pre-Primary) are requested to submit the entire set of books and note-books
covered with the transparent sheet and labelled along with a set of crayon box and pencil
box (for Nursery and Jr. KG.) to the class teacher on Monday,06.04.15.
Grades I to IV will bring their books on Thursday,2/04/15
Any changes in the residential address or the phone number should be informed
immediately to the school authorities through a written application to the office and the
class teacher.
The parents who drop their child themselves should see that they should drop them just
10 minutes before the school timings.
Parent –Teacher meet will be at regular intervals and parents are requested to attend all
the meetings.The date and time will be informed in advance through a circular.
Parents can meet the teacher on 2nd and 4th Saturday (Between 9am -11am) with a prior
appointment.
Parents are requested not to meet the teachers during the school hours.In case of an
emergency you can meet the Principal/Headmistress.
Parents are requested to check and sign the almanac daily as all the communication
between the teachers and parents will be through almanac.
All the students will be given Temporary Id card for the month of April. New Id card
will be provided in the month of July .
Parents should always have the phone number of the van driver.
