TENDER NOTICE AND CONDITIONS FOR CARRYING ON THE MECHANICAL
J\ND BODY REPAIRS TO THE VEHICLE.
Tenders in sealed covers are invited for carrying out mechanical
electrical and complete repainting to the conservancy lorry TN 22 CB 6980
subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
1.
The tender forms on the specifications and conditions can be obtained
at the office of the Cantonment Board, St. Thomas Mount, on all
working days upto 1500 hrs.upto 12-05-2015
2.
An earnest money of Rs. 2000/- shall be paid in cash at the office of the
Chief Executive Officer and the receipt should be enclosed to tender
while submission:DD can also be enclosed in favour of CEO,
St,Thomas mount.
3.
The rate shall be quoted in the prescribed tender form only to. be sealed
and cover superscribed as Tender for repair to the vehicle and place the
cover in the Tender box kept in the office upto 1500 hrs on
13-05-2015
4.
The tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of the
tenders who are present at 1530 hrs on 13-05-2015
5.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without

asslgnmg any reasons.
6.
The validity of tender shall be minimum of 60 days from the date of
receipt.
7.
The mechanical repairs, and repairs to the body, cabin mudguard ete.,
including complete repainting as per specification should be completed
within 15 days from the date of handing over of the vehicle and the
tender will be responsible for the safe custody of the vehicle.

If the mechanical repairs, and repairs / repainting are not done as per
specifications the bill will not be paid until and until and unless he
complete the work to the satisfaction of the CEO.

The successful tender should give an undertaking guarantee for a
minimum period of 6 months towards manufacturing defects if any
noticed.
10.
The spare parts changed should be purchased from original company.
11.
The CEO or her representative will be at his liberty to inspect the work
at the workshop of the Tender at any time during its progress and it shall
be the duty of the Tender to abide by the instruction to be given during
such instruction as to the quality of spares, materials and specifications /
paintings etc.
