TENDER REQUIREMENTS: Bidder must be 18 years old or above * Be a South African citizen *
Have a registered business for a specific service/supply * Have an original and valid Tax Clearance
Certificate for the business from SARS * The certificate should not be more than 12 months old from
the date of issue to the time when the bid closes.
TENDER DOCUMENTS: * Tender documents can be bought from date of the advert until the closing
date from Waterberg TVET College, Central Office, cnr Hooge and Totuis Streets, Mokopane
(entrance in Hooge street) during working hours (09:00 - 14:00) against payment of a nonrefundable amount * Submit original tender documents (signed in black ink) together with Valid Tax
Clearance Certificate, BEE Certificate, Company Profile and copy of CK document sealed in an
envelope in the Tender Box at Waterberg TVET College - Central Office. * The adjudication of
tenders will be based on a preferential point system in accordance with Preferential Procurement
Regulations 2011. * Tenders must have the necessary skills, experience and capacity to perform the
required work. * The College reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender. * The College
reserves the right not to inform an applicant concerning the outcome of any tender.
