POSITION: Manager – Field Services REPORTING TO: President & General Manager COMPANY: Join a dynamic and progressive company, providing field services, shutdown maintenance and construction work at industrial plant facilities in Western Canada. The company is well established for over half a century with a proven track record in mechanical field work specializing in ASME repair and construction with the complete backing of shop fabrication, engineering and quality control. The primary field work consists of boiler and vessel repairs, HX bundle pulling equipment installation, specialty welding and piping. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven leadership experience in the industrial shutdown and maintenance industry with a background of Mechanical / Construction Engineering or Technology. This position is ideal for someone with 10-15 year related experience, self-motivated, goal oriented, seeking bottom line responsibility. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Field Services Manager has responsibility for all aspects of the execution of our Field projects including Business Development, Staffing, Operations and Administration. Provide leadership to the Field staff including Superintendents, Planners & Estimators as well as Administrators. Participate as a member of the Senior Management team of this multi-divisional company. COMPENSATION: Salary competitive based upon experience and qualifications.
