Payment Dates and Options
Dear Parents
In Term 2, the Grade 6 students will be visiting Ace-Hi Camp in Boneo, Mornington Peninsula. Ace-Hi Ranch
is situated in what’s called the “Cups Country” at Cape Schanck and is only minutes from Rosebud on the
Mornington Peninsula. Cups Country is a term used to describe dunes or rolling hills which is representative
of this region and makes Ace-Hi an ideal setting for a camp and other fun activities.

Tuesday 19th – Friday 22nd May 2015
Time:
The bus will depart at approx. 9am and will return for a 3.30pm pick up on the Friday
Please arrive at school by 8.45am to enable a swift departure.
Cost:
$340 which includes all food, accommodation and activities
What to bring:
Please see separate packing list (to be distributed end of term 1)
N.B. The coach company has requested that bags should be soft sided (no suitcases)
max 12kg, sleeping bag & pillow NOT tied on.
Whilst at camp the students will be engaged in a wide variety of activites including flying fox, giant swing,
orienteering, team challenges and a trail ride on horse back. We are very excited to be taking our
students and anticipate a great week away together. If your child is allergic to horses or is unable to ride
please indicate on the permission slip as changes to the program are difficult to make at a later date.
I have attached payment options plan to enable you to pay the fees in more manageable chunks before
the due date. Please speak to Sue Chase in the office during the first week of next term if you have any
difficulty making these payments within the time frame.
