presents the 2015
Conquest Health and Fitness Foundation is proud to announce the 5th Annual Youth Sports Summit! This is a one-day community
based event for families and youth. It will bring together an array of community organizations and programs geared towards getting
kids active. Vendors will include representatives from local club and travel teams of all sports, as well as fitness activity groups like
dance, martial arts, gymnastics, and cheer to name a few! All kids in attendance will have the opportunity to participate in contests,
live demonstrations, and activities in almost every sport or activity represented in the 54,000 square foot field house.
Organization behind the Event
The Conquest Health and Fitness Foundation was established in the Spring of 2014 as a non profit organization. Our mission is to
improve the quality of life for individuals by promoting an active lifestyle through health, fitness and education. The Youth Sports
Summit has a rich history of living out its own mission which is to combat childhood obesity and promote healthy, fit, and active
lifestyles for children. Because the Foundation shares this mission, it is eager to take over the event to further raise awareness to this
issue.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention too many Americans aren’t getting enough physical activity, and this
includes our youth. One-third of children living in the United States are overweight or obese. The Foundation wants to change this by
inspiring and empowering children and their families to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle through the introduction of sports and
recreational activities.

Location: The Summit Sports and Ice Complex
Included with this letter is a vendor form. Please consider participating to support our efforts to combat childhood obesity. Your
generous donation will allow one child, who attends the event, a $150 scholarship towards your program. Please do not hesitate to
