Membership Application
The Christian Classic Cruisers (CCC) car club organization recommends that prospective Club members have a sincere
interest in cars/trucks (antique, street rod, classic, muscle, and/or new). Also understand that the charter of CCC is to
provide benevolence through charity outreach, primarily with the delivery of Toys/Gift Cards to deserving children (2-12
years old) at Christmas or other agreed opportunities. To do this, CCC produces monthly car shows to raise the necessary
funds through the event Participant Registration Fees, sales of CCC Cruise T-Shirts, and other fund raising opportunities.
Members are expected to work at the various tasks (judging, registration, gate, concessions, sound, etc.) to accomplish the
goal of this ministry to children. We do not "show" or "judge" our vehicles at our own show, but we do display them on
the Club Row (Row "0").
Application Requirements:



Applicants must submit completed Membership Application, along with a 3/4-view photo of your current
vehicle (preference is special interest vehicles as are listed above, but ownership of a special interest
vehicle is not required in order to be a member of CCC);
Informal interview with minimum of three Club Officers/Directors;
Prospective members must attend at least one CCC Club function (monthly Breakfast Cruise, monthly
Cruise Outing, monthly CCC Car Show, CCC Club Participation event, etc.) with your vehicle, if
applicable. (We recommend that you attend a CCC Car Show, from set-up to tear-down to see what we actually do at our events.)
Election of Members:
ONLY after meeting each of these requirements, will the prospective members be presented to the Club membership body
for "approval" voting at the next scheduled Club Business Meeting. Prospective members shall be approved by a majority
vote of active members attending any regularly scheduled meeting. An active Club member will be assigned to mentor
the prospective member immediately following the Application phase (application submission through voting approval).
Annual Membership Dues:
Annual Membership Dues are collected after application approval and are renewed at the beginning of each calendar year.
Annual Membership Dues are $35.00 ($34.00 for CCC membership; $1.00 for Texas Vehicle Club Council, State of
Texas special interest lobbyist group in Austin representing our hobby).
Membership Voting Rights:
Each member and their spouse (if applicable) shall be entitled to one vote each on each matter submitted to a vote of the
general membership.
Membership Apparel and Accessories:
Club shirts, caps, jackets, plaques are made available (at cost) through the Club. See responsible Committee Chairperson
to order apparel or other membership accessories. (Printed CCC Merchandise Catalog is available.)
We encourage your entire family to participate in each of the Club monthly meetings (2 nd Tuesday January-December),
the monthly Breakfast Cruises, the monthly Cruise Outings, the eight monthly CCC Car Shows (3rd Saturday MarchOctober), the Annual Election Business Meeting (November), the various social functions (Valentines Dinner, Fall Social,
and Christmas Party), and other local events (i.e. Arlington 4th July Parade, Fort Worth Parade of Lights in November,
Arlington, Euless, and Grapevine Christmas Lights Parade in December) and other local, regional, and national car
cruises/car shows. Annual out of town trips include: Oklahoma City, OK (NSRA); Springfield, MO (NSRA); Louisville,
KY (NSRA); San Antonio, TX (this trip is a private car show for the "recovering warriors" at Brooks Army Medical
Center); Boerne, TX (Key to the Hills Rod Run)

I fully understand that Christian Classic Cruisers Car Club (CCC) is a family oriented, voluntary, non-profit organization, founded on
interdenominational Christian beliefs and principles, for persons with common passions for cars/trucks, helping others, and a love for
Jesus Christ. Membership to the CCC Car Club is open to all individuals and is non-discriminatory (age, race, sex, creed,
denomination, or Christian religion). My signature affirms that as a member of CCC, I will respect the values represented by the CCC
Car Club at any cruise, function, or event in which I participate or I am a spectator wearing CCC logo apparel. This value includes the
commitment that I will refrain from use of profanity, no public use of tobacco or alcohol consumption at any CCC event or function.
This is not defined by any denominational standards, simply asking you to remember, we are living our lives as an example in front of
children and others, and this personal behavior is setting a life standard as to respect and to not compromise the beliefs of others,
regardless of your personal beliefs or convictions. As a member of CCC, you are representing not only the CCC Car Club, but you are
also representing and being a witness for Jesus Christ in all that you say and do.
