FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Pricing: Each event is unique and bespoke, created to match your requirements
and budget which can range from €3,500 - €6,000. The higher the budget the
more luxurious the tasting menu ingredients and exclusive the wine pairings.

Capacity: There is no minimum head count for a private event, we have hosted
as few as 6 VIP guests. The dining room’s maximum capacity is 26 guests.

Tasting Menu: Chef Artal will work with you to create a tasting menu just for
your group. This can include a selection of our “greatest hits” signature
courses, new dishes from the current season, or a combination.
If there are specific dishes or ingredients you would like us to include in your
tasting menu let us know (i.e. Catalan caviar, black truffle, suckling pig, etc.).

Wines: Our award winning wine list has a strong focus on small production
bodegas (“hidden gems” we call them) that champion heirloom grape varietals
native to Spain.
For each event, once the menu has been finalized our Sommeliers will create a
wine pairing matched to your budget.

Wine explanations: If you wish, during service as each course is presented the
Sommelier can explain a little bit about the wine, the bodega, any interesting
facts, and why it was chosen to match the course

Welcome: Chef Artal can welcome your group to the restaurant and give an
overview of the meal, his cooking philosophy, and a brief history of the
restaurant if you’d like.

Timing: Private events typically last 2-4 hours, depending on the number of
courses you would like to serve, and the dining speed of your guests.

Languages: Our dining room staff are multilingual. We can host your event in
English, French, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Catalan.

Availability: We accept reservations for private events up to 6 months in
advance. Events can be held any day of the week except National Holidays.
Note that there is a surcharge for events on Sundays and Mondays when the
restaurant would be normally closed.
