CLOW PTA PLANT SALE

CLOW PTA is excited to launch our 5th annual plant sale fundraiser, with new plant choices and
pricing. Attached is a copy of the order form to be shared with family, friends and neighbors.
Additional copies of the order form can be obtained from the Clow office or the school web
site: www.clow.ipsd.org/pta
Also on the web site is a document with plant photos, descriptions and sun/shade
requirements. Our product line includes your favorite annuals in 48 count flats, 3.5”-4.3” pots, 6
pack carriers, 10“patio combination pots and 10” hanging baskets offered in 19 varieties.
The pick- up date is Friday, May 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Clow parking lot.
Remember to order flowers for Mother’s Day celebrated on May 10th this year!
Our supplier is Nash Greenhouses out of Kalamazoo, MI. Please look at the plant description
document on the school web site to view colours and varieties for the hanging basket and patio
pot combinations. If, at shipping time, the greenhouse determines that a specific variety does
not meet their quality standards, they will contact us and we will contact you about an
alternate choice. In order to limit surpluses, there will be a minimum total order requirement
of 6 pots for the Gerbera Daisies, Spikes, Vinca and for each colour of the Geraniums, vines,
Begonias, and New Guinea Impatiens. If this minimum is not reached, you will be contacted to
discuss alternative options. Be sure to provide an email address and best phone number in your
customer information box. Flower colours cannot be guaranteed except where indicated on
the order form.
Please complete the last box on the order form with your grand totals and include your check(s)
with your order. Our deadline is Friday, April 10. You will receive an email as a reminder to pick
