Your New Mexico CMA State Rally will be July 17, 18, 19; 2015 at Glorieta Conference Center
at Exit 299 off Interstate 10, east of Santa Fe. National Evangelists for the Rocky Mountain
Region, Hiram and Sharon Villasenor, will bring the message. We ask that if you have
questions, please funnel them through your chapter leadership, area rep or Roy Morrow at
(505) 860-4566. Please do not call Glorieta.
For reservations for lodging or camping (tent, m/c trailer, RV), please E-mail Ellen Ward at
Glorieta at: [email protected]. No phone calls please. Motel rooms are $89/room/night. RV
hookups are $24/night with, and $12/night without water and sewer. Any sort of camping is
$10/night/site.
Meals are $9 each if you wish to eat at the cafeteria. Please indicate number of meals you wish to
purchase when returning your registration. When signing in at registration at the event, you will
be given tickets for the number of meals purchased, to redeem when going through the cafeteria.
Again, meals will be paid to CMA NM, and lodging will be handled through Ellen at Glorieta.
Lodging and meals are available before and after the rally 7 days a week and meals are breakfast,
lunch and dinner every day, so if you need to come early or leave late, you can make reservations
for those days, too. Below are instructions on how to secure lodging on-line through the Internet.
Steps to Secure Housing
1. First, log into the registration system (https://campeagle.secure.) using your primary email addresscreate an account with us. Follow the security questions and steps to sign in to your account.
2. Once logged in, please type "CMA2015" into the box that says: Event Code
3. This will take you to your event dashboard. 4. Under event details in the Additional Tasks, click on Book Housing. A similar screen will appear.
A. This will show your total amount, not your deposit amount and the Very important Finish
Button.
B. This is the style of room. Styles include, Hotel, Rustic Lodge Cabin, Camping, and RV
C. Notice that some of the rooms are classified as Male and Female.
D. This lets you know the difference in dorm rooms with Bath on Hall and Bath in room, occupancy and types of beds
E. Use the plus and minus buttons to add or subtract the number of beds or rooms you desire.
F. This shows you the available beds or rooms that are available.
G. Amenities will list things like what type of restrooms, does it come with linens or not, is it
Wheelchair assessable etc.
H. This is where you will see what housing you have selected and also where to start the process to check out
5. After selecting the beds and rooms you want, click on Finish on the left hand side.
6. This will take you to a summary screen, which will list the housing you have selected and the following housing Terms and Conditions.
7. Scroll down and click on the Finish button.
8. This will take you to the payment screen. You will need to enter your credit card information. After paying, unless you receive a message that states otherwise, you have completed your housing reservation. If another user was quicker to check out, and they captured some of the space you wanted, you will receive a message that says, "Sorry this particular lodging option is no longer available”. At that point, you can choose to check out with the lodging that remains available or start back at the housing selection screen.
