Each scarf will be entered into the respective class at the Show & judged accordingly (refer Classes 27a, 27b & 27c, (adults). & THEN All entrants are asked to donate their ‘masterpieces’, once the judging is completed, to The Salvation Army who will identify needy areas in Australia, & will distribute these scarves to those in need. All Exhibits, with completed entry form & entry fee must be lodged with Chief Steward (or the Secretary) at Showgrounds on (or before by arrangement) Monday 15 April between 10am & 4pm. No late entries! 2. Judging at 10:00am Thursday 18 April 2013. 3. Paintings must not have been entered in any previous Kilcoy Show. 4. Pavilion exhibits can be entered in one class only. 5. Limit of three entries per exhibit or per class. 6. Where entries are the original work of exhibitors (unaided, not copied from published photo, print or other artist’s work) please indicate by stating “original” on entry form. 7. Max. framed size of entries to be 92cm X 61cm. 8. SIGNATURES ON PAINTINGS MUST BE COVERED at time of delivery & able to be removed after judging. 9. All entries to be dry & suitably mounted or framed, & able to be hung effectively(at Stewards discretion). 10. Name, title & class entered to appear on back of paintings. 11. Exhibitors may sell paintings by commission of 10% to the Show Society. Price tags to be attached to back of painting by exhibitors so that it can easily be displayed after judging. 13. Exhibits must be collected from the pavilion after 4.30pm on Saturday. (Only Stewards to remove work from display please!) Collection is Exhibitor’s responsibility.
