Please join more than 400 students, faculty and staff members who will attend the fifth annual Syracuse University
Health and Wellness Exposition. Attendees will discover the many resources available at the Expo that promote
healthy lifestyles.
This educational event is designed to provide the university community with access to the most distinguished local
organizations that spotlight healthy products and services. Traditional health options, holistic care, foods and
lifestyles and the latest trends and technologies to improve health and wellness will be provided through product
demonstrations, free samples and interactive activities. The Expo will inspire and encourage individuals to
embrace a life of health, wellness and fitness, promote green living and attain soundness of mind, body and spirit.
