Dress: Black leotard, Pink tights; no skirts. Shoes: Pink ballet (Sansha Canvas Pro #1 split-‐sole – size 3 & up). Pointe (Instructor Approval) $30 Dress: See Ballet. Shoes: Instructor Approval Pre-‐Pointe (ages 10 & up) $30 ~ Prepare your ankles and feet by strengthening them with this introduction to Pointe work while wearing the comfort of your normal ballet shoes. Dress: See Ballet. Combo (5-‐7 years old) $45 ~ This class is a fun introduction to the world of tap, ballet and tumbling! Dress: Leotard (tights optional for summer), dance shorts and ballet skirt are optional. Shoes: White Matte tap shoes (Capezio Tyette# N625), Pink ballet (Capezio Daisy #205) Conditioning/Flexibility (ages 8 & up) $45 ~ Conditioning on Mondays will consist of cardio, strength & endurance to build the athletic ability of dancing. Flexibility on Wednesdays will help dancers gain flexibility by lengthening muscles. Dress: Workout attire/Form fitting for Flexibility. Shoes: clean Tennis or Hip Hop Sneakers (Monday)/ Socks or Barefoot (Wednesday) Creative Movement (3-‐4 years old) $30 ~ This class is designed to expand your child’s imagination along with developing motor skills in a structured environment. Dancers learn the basic steps of ballet with a little tumbling at the end of class. Dress: Leotard (tights optional for summer). Shoes: Pink Ballet (Capezio Daisy #205) Hip Hop (HH 1 {Ages 5-‐7} $30) (HH 2 {Ages 8-‐11} & HH 3 {Ages 12&up} $45) (Adult HH {Ages 18&up} $39) $30-‐$45 ~ Be hip, be hopping, get funky with the latest moves and grooves from the East & West Coast! Dress: Dance attire or workout outfits (NO Jeans). Shoes: Black Hip Hop Sneaker (Capezio DS11) or any clean tennis shoe for summer session. Jazz (ages 7 & up) $60 ~ Various dances characterized by the use of improvisation and influenced by rhythms and techniques of jazz music. This is a class designed to enhance and strengthen jazz technique by focusing on turns, leaps, combinations and progressions. Dress: Leotard & dance shorts or Form-‐fitting workout attire (NO jeans). Shoes: Capezio Split Sole Gore Boot #CG05 Lyrical (ages 8 & up) $30-‐$45 ~ An expressive and emotional form of dance combining jazz, ballet, modern and contemporary styles. Enrollment in a ballet class is required. Dress: form-‐fitting dance attire. Shoes: Angelo Luzio (620a) Caramel Half Sole Mom & Me (ages 18-‐months – 3 years) $30 ~ Be an active participant in introducing your child to a structured dance environment. They will learn basic motor and coordination skills along with a little ballet and tumbling! Dress: any clothing that is easy for movement (NO dresses). Shoes: Socks or ballet slippers may be worn for this class. Musical Theatre (ages 10 & up) $45 ~ Learn the dance moves of a Broadway star and improve your performance skills! This class is a combination of jazz and ballet techniques with a theatrical twist. Dancers enrolled in this class must also be enrolled in a Jazz class. Dress: Form-‐fitting workout attire. Tap (ages 7 & up) $45 ~ Create art & music with your feet by learning rhythm, musicality and foot coordination. Dress: Dance attire or workout outfits (NO Jeans). Shoes: Capezio CG17 – any tap shoe is fine for the summer as long as the taps are scratch-‐free! Tumbling (ages 7 & up) (Tumbling 1 Ages 7-‐11; Tumbling 2 Ages 12 & up)$45 ~ Learn the art of floor gymnastics with this fun obstacle course of tumbling skills! Dress: Leotard & dance shorts or Biketard. Shoes: Barefoot
