Frequentis is the leading service and solutions provider for integrating different digital
radio systems and all their functionality. With its unified digital radio gateway, the ICCS 3020
serves as an optimal interface to any control centre system. Continuous certification processes ensure compatibility with the products of major radio manufacturers and with radio
network operators (e.g. EADS/Cassidian, Motorola Dimetra, Polycom and P25). All communication channels can easily be integrated through the Frequentis digital radio gateway.
Integration via the digital radio air interface also allows a straightforward upgrade from
analogue to digital radio, providing a more cost-effective and resilient alternative solution.

The Frequentis ICCS 3020 works as an integrated communication system with intelligent
voice and data management. This creates a more effective and user-friendly working
environment for dispatchers. The system seamlessly merges call handling and radio
dispatching, and also incorporates new technologies like eCall. Access to the real-time
status and geodata associated with both units and calls improves the quality of information received by emergency personnel. The ergonomic user interface can be tailored to

and easily. Furthermore, the Frequentis DIVOS system offers a fully-integrated solution
for voice and data recording.

The Frequentis Web Dispatcher enables 24/7 mobile access to key system functions and
brings mobility and flexibility to the control centre system. It offers installation-free setup
for resilient or mobile working positions, allowing access to the feature richness of the
Frequentis ICCS 3020 in new operational scenarios. Mobile applications provide many
additional features and benefits, such as priority call access to the nearest control room
for off-duty personnel. With iAPLS, personnel locations can be made available on mobile
devices to improve situational awareness and emergency response.

The Frequentis system operation suite makes it easy to analyse and improve system
operations. Proactive system monitoring detects failures in advance, thereby ensuring
