Further enhancements for the Olympic Games 2012 include connection to the Airwave public safety radio network via new Vortex ports and a re-designed Graphical User Interface incorporating additional camera information and map control for camera selection. > Norwegian Police, Fire and Health Agencies / Norway Integrated Communication and Control System (ICCS) with more than 700 seats in more than 300 control rooms in Norway. The “Nødnett” project includes a countrywide new TETRA network and concurrent rollout of new control rooms. Main challenge has been the integration of TETRA, existing analogue radio and telephone into the Frequentis ICCS 3020. > Berlin Fire Brigade IGNIS 1 & IGNIS 2, ELW / Germany As the largest Fire Brigade in Germany the system contains main centre and backup centre which combine 60 operator positions. The installed system has a full TETRA integration as well as a full TMCS remote controlled monitoring system. Special feature at Berlin Fire brigade is the mobile command and control centre with Frequentis communication system in a vehicle (ELW). > Zurich Canton Police / Switzerland Two doubled Frequentis ICCS 3020 in the main and backup centre link up 22 operator positions and all positions have full POLYCOM integration. The connection of all centres is guaranteed via optical fibre network. Result of this effort is our globally installed base of over 20,000 operator positions. > Regional Police & Fire Brigade Free State Saxony / Germany Frequentis ICCS 3020 IP system (radio and emergency call communication system) and the DIVOS 3 log recording system sit at the heart of the new command and control centre technology. All 18 BOS command and control centres in Saxony are equipped with the new solution. This involves 11 police stations, five integrated regional command and control centres for the fire and ambulance services, as well as two training and reference systems. In total, the project covers some 340 operator positions and over 300 dispatcher positions including responsibility for the technical operation of the new systems installed as part of the digital radio project. > Regional Police Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Germany The Frequentis solution is based on the concept of a “virtual system”. A total of 24 operator workstations were newly equipped with voice communications systems (Frequentis ICCS 3020) and recording systems (DIVOS 3 log). The five command and control centres in Schwerin, Anklam, Stralsund, Rostock and Neubrandenburg are interconnected and function as ONE unified system. In the future (such as in major disaster situations), dispatchers at different command and control centres will be able to work together in the “virtual mission control centre” to direct large-scale operations effectively and coordinate efforts among many locations. > Federal Police / Germany Freqentis delivers command and control centre for homeland security and border protection in Germany. The System implements the first developed police dispatching position with windows appearance on screen – and builds a fully integrated working position with direct connection to main server. > Department of Parliamentary Service (DPS) of Australia / Australia With a staff of around 800 persons, DPS is the principal support agency for Parliament House a building where more than 3,500 people work on sitting days and nearly one million visitors each year. Frequentis is to deliver an ICCS 3020 including a DIVOS recording system. The Frequentis ICCS 3020 features role management, call centre and network management functions. > Emergency Network Philippines (ENP) / Philippines > Royal Oman Police / Oman The ENP is a nationwide emergency command and control centre network consisting of 16 emergency call centres networked with a Frequentis VCS3020 Communication System. Frequentis delivered an ICCS 3020V6 with 15 working positions, remote working positions and DIVOS recording. With the network the ENP could implement a standardised “General Emergency Number” - 117. The contract could be implemented through Frequentis USA, site acceptance test followed in USA before the system was delivered to Oman. Frequentis could achieve full standard quotation and delivery.
