Crittenden County High School/Middle School Multi-Purpose Room
Attached you will find a booth application for the 2015 The Shoppe Next Door Vendor Show for homebased retail businesses, small businesses and organizations be held October 17th in Marion, Kentucky. It
will be held in conjunction with the 28th Annual Christmas in Marion Arts & Crafts Show which features
only handmade arts and crafts. Both shows will be held at their same locations as last year in the
Crittenden County Middle School Gym and Multi-Purpose Room.
Application procedures have not changed since last year, however we are changing the fee for new
vendors. If you are returning from the 2014 show, your booth space will remain $35 during this transition year only. You will be getting a 10x10 booth space. If you are a new vendor or didn't participate
in the 2014 show, the booth fee is $40.
Please plan on all booths being right next to each other; if we do not rent all booth spaces then we will
spread booths out. There are a limited number of corner booth spaces or booths with electricity available and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like either of these, please return
your application and fee as soon as possible.
The show will only have one dealer per company such as Avon and Pampered Chef. This is another reason to get your application in early. We must receive the application and fee for you to be included on
the list of vendors.
We will provide two chairs per booth. You must provide your own tables. Please use table covers to
hide any boxes placed under the table. On your application we are asking you to indicate when you
plan to set up: Friday between 2- 7 PM or on Saturday between 7 – 9 AM. You can notify us if you need
to change this as the show gets closer.
Please remember to sign the application to verify that all goods being sold meet the criteria of the
show. We have an agreement with Christmas in Marion that any vendor who has both handmade
and commercial items should display in our show.
