Vendor Information for GardenFest 2015 Plant Sale Saturday, May 9 from 9am until Sold Out GardenFest is an annual spring event featuring a plant sale, art show/sale, and vendors offering information and products relating gardening and landscaping. Reserve your space and present your product or information to an estimated 1,000 event attendees. GardenFest will be held rain or shine. Vendors receive: The opportunity to display, demonstrate and sell merchandise to a targeted group of gardening st individuals. This year we our adding our 1 Annual “Yard Sale” to our Plant Sale Day. All second hand items will be included in this area. The “Yard Sale” will include items from ABG’s storage and will be located in the Back Lawn, North of the main building. The booth rent for all areas includes up to 4-2’ x 6’ tables and 2 chairs at each table. Additional tables either provided by ABG or brought in will be charged an additional $10 per booth space. Please note the event is outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather. Limited indoor space for artists/crafters will be available. ‘Booth’ fees are noted below. If you are an artist and would like to be in the Gallery, please indicate that below. Access: Gates will open no sooner than 8am for vendor set-up on Saturday. We will send out vendor passes this year to allow access into the gate. We are charging gate admission this year so please note you will only be allowed in with a pass before 9am. All displays need to be dismantled and removed by 5pm that day. If you require special arrangements for set up and take down, please contact Misty at ABG to discuss. As was Christmas Garden of Lights, GardenFest will be promoted via: ABG website, Facebook page, Twitter, newsletter, on-site visitor information, as well as, local and regional media promotion and public relations.
