School and Community Based Services: • School-Based Mental Health: School referral for client to receive services in school. • Community Based Family Treatment: Intensive in-home counseling and case management with a team of on-call treatment-providers. • Transitional Age Youth Services: Teens are taught life skills including money management, job readiness, and basic independent living skills. • Prevention: Programs for students, educators, and community members on topics like substance use and abuse, mental health, bullying, and more. Partial Hospitalization Program (PH P): Alternative to a traditional school setting for children with significant emotional/behavioral needs that combines treatment and education. Admission based on assessments and a referral from the school-district. School-referral is not required for summer programs. Early Childhood Services: • Early Head Start: Home instruction for pregnant women and families with children birth to age three on topics including child development, parenting, and school readiness. • Help Me Grow: Developmental assessment, home visits and early intervention service coordination for families with development concerns for their infant or toddler. • Early Childhood Mental Health: Consultation and treatment for young children and their families including individual, family, and group sessions. • Behavioral Solutions for Young Children: Strategies for families and childcare staff to manage difficult behavior in a preschool/ daycare setting. • Parent Time Out Respite: Short term respite services for families with young children. • Diagnostic Assessment: Mental health assessment for children birth to age six.
