0750h - Introduction of officials
0815h - First car Starts from MTC (Service Park)
1008h - First car at Service 1
1319h - First car at Service 2
1653h - First car at Finish (Service Park)
1800h - Provisional scores posted (Community Hall)
1845h - Awards Ceremony
Location of Notice Board:
The Official Notice Board will be located in the registration room at the Best Western all day Saturday, May 23. It’s
location through the day Sunday, May 24, will be confirmed and posted.
Quiet Zone:
There is an extremely sensitive quiet zone (50km/h) between Instruction 7 (6.00 km) and 12 (10.46 km) on the
transits from the end of the Westside and Forster Creek Stages. Teams must make every effort to not only adhere
to the QZ speed limits during recce and the event, but also to drive as respectfully and as quietly as possible.
Our ability to continue running events in this area depends on this quiet zone being respected.
Service Park:
A diagram of the service park is attached. Teams are asked to email the registrar at [email protected] with their
top three preferred service spots, indicating if you are sharing service resources with another team. The service
spots are as follows:
1 - 12 13 - 35
14 - 23
24 - 29
30 - 34
18’w x 40’d paved
18’w x 30’d paved (17 - 19 are less desirable)
18’w x 36’d paved (20-24, broken pavement)
18’w x 48’+d gravel (reserved for excessively large service rigs)
18’w x 36’d paved (only available if needed)
Seeded Draw:
The start order based on the seeded draw is attached. Questions or concerns should be sent to the clerk of the
course and copied to the steward of the event.
Recce Schedule
The stages are open for recce according to the following schedule:
Dog Leg Reverse:
Forster Creek
Westside
10:30am to 11:30am
11:45am to 3:30pm
10:30am to 3:30pm
Note: if you recce Dog Leg Reverse and Forster Creek, you will have covered the entire route for the rally and
you just have to pay attention to where the routes connect to make Westside. (6.1km into Dog Leg Reverse is the
same intersection as 8.77km into Forster Creek) Teams should have ample time to recce all three stages in their
entirety.
More comprehensive recce instructions will be given to teams in their competitor packages.
