Each ad must be on a separate disk/flash drive or emailed to the studio the same day as your paperwork is turned in. • Completed form, money & ad copy must be submitted together. No incomplete ads will be accepted. Please complete all information! • Submit your ads early. We can be more creative and do a better job of proof reading when we have adequate time to process the ads. • Don’ t be left out. Our program provides a special memory for everyone who has an ad. Each dancer will receive a program book as part of their Dance Concert Package. • All ads MUST be approved by purchaser of ad via email or in person. It is their responsibility to double check spelling and content of their ad.
