Access to the markets and knowing your customers are fundamentals for success and growth. At this conference
the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Danish Food Cluster, in cooperation with the export and internationalization program of Central Denmark Region, GLOBALmidt, highlight the latest food and market trends, market access,
and new global opportunities with focus on innovation in food production and clustering of products in the export
sale.
Ambassador Susanne Hyldelund, Under-Secretary for the Trade Council will kick off the day by providing a short
and precise introduction to the global market trends. During the first session you can also hear about a very successful export clustering within the sea food sector and how Danish Crown through deep market knowledge and
the development of innovative new ingredients is able to utilize and capitalize “from tale to nose” of the pigs.

presentations of very promising export markets and well as export financing schemes. Finally “Global Gateway to

& Fisheries, Food & Food Technology and other facilitators with support of Danish Export Association.
