What is Itembase?
Itembase is a cloud-based shopping manager for consumers. Using your smart @itembase
email inbox, all your on- and offline purchases are automatically stored in one central place.
Manuals, receipts and newsletters are analysed by our semantic systems and neatly
organised for your ease. Newly bought products, experiences and reviews can be shared
with friend and across social networks. Additionally, you can sell your products with just one
click.
Who is Itembase?
We are a young, motivated and slightly crazy start-up that consists of German, Mexican,
Croatian and Danish employees and a team of German and Danish entrepreneurs and
investors who have already founded companies like madvertise, Meeeeet.com, Lieferando
and Customer Alliance. Our headquarter is a former voltage transformation station in the
heart of Berlin.
What will you be doing?
Your job will be to create, improve and overlook the design and development process to
make sure that we will deliver the best user experience, phrasing and usability for our users.
You’ll also make sure to track the impact of any changes made to our service and A/B testing
different solutions to make sure we stay en-route on the fine line between user experience
and conversion. Our product is complex and there is much information that needs to be
delivered in a simple, clear and concise way to the user, so the challenge at which we expect
you to deliver in a quick and consistent manner, is not a small one.
You will work as part of our team with web designers and frontend developers who do their
respective parts. You’ll report directly to the management team and get valuable insight into
the life of an internet start-up.
