Meditation is an ancient life and effective means of stress
management. The latest research in neuroscience has
shown that our brains can be significantly affected by
meditation, especially in the areas of emotional integration,
self-awareness and compassion for ourselves and others. In
this class we will explore very simple techniques that can
be incorporated into your lifestyle.

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to
incorporate the Pilates exercise technique. Springs, leverage
and body weight are used as resistance while performing
movements targeting specific muscle groups. Workouts
consist of controlled, flowing movements working your
muscles through a full range of motion. This class will be a
small group setting.

The name says it all! Give us 55 minutes and we’ll work your
whole body. This class will use a variety of equipment to
work your muscles, get your heart rate up and provide a good
stretch. The class is geared to all fitness levels.

promoting an overall sense of relaxation and well-being.

Step Aerobics wasn’t created until 1989, and it was
developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact
workout. With a portable platform with adjustable risers, you
will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and
around the step for great cardio fitness.

the class for you. Over the course of eight weeks you will be
introduced to a variety of exercises designed to work the
whole body using basic equipment. Simple Start will be just

interval based class will work your entire body. Get muscle

Yoga survives today as the oldest most holistic system of
body-mind fitness and is used the world over. It consists
of gentle stretches and breathing exercises. The goal of
yoga is to achieve and maintain peak physical, mental, and
spiritual wellness and induce harmony to be fully healthy.
Yoga reduces stress and enhances health and creative
energy. For comfort, please wear loose clothing and bring
an exercise mat to class.
Please register at least one week in advance, even if there
is no fee for the program. Since enrollment may be limited,
early registration is suggested. Payment must accompany
registration to reserve space in class.

workshop for families. Strengthen bonds through partner
