DC Resident Unlocks Her Luck!
Local Woman Wins $100,000 at DC Lottery Union Station Event!
Washington, DC – Wednesday, April 29 at Union Station, the DC Lottery celebrated the launch of its newest DC
Scratcher, CODEBREAKER, and subsequently congratulated lucky lady, Patricia Washington of DC, after her win of more
than $100,000 at the event.
Patricia counts 2015 as her “winning year” with the DC Lottery. At the Unlock Your Luck Union Station Event Patricia was
on a winning spree, winning: $692 in the DC Lottery Money Machine, $654 on the Race 2 Riches terminal game, $500 on
DC Jackpot Fast Play game and $150 plus her largest win to date—$100,000 on the CODEBREAKER scratcher. Previous
wins include, $25,000 in March with the DC Lottery Lucky Bucks Second Chance game and $10,000 in April with the DC
Lottery Big Payback Second Chance promotion.

The $10 CODEBREAKER is in partnership with the International Spy Museum and is the DC Lottery’s first licensed
product, launched on April 1st. The espionage themed ticket has a remaining $100,000 top prize and is coupled with
several Second Chance opportunities for non-winning tickets. Second Chance prizes range from a $25,000 top prize to a
behind-the-scene tour with retired military intelligence agent, Dr. Vince Houghton.
Players can purchase this ticket at their local retailer and enter non-winning tickets online until September 13, 2015.
