Dekalb Medical Society presents Navigating the Changing Environment of Healthcare In such a rapidly changing healthcare environment, it’s difficult to predict what might happen in the coming year but we have invited two healthcare experts to give us their perspective on what they see on the horizon. Marcus Downs, Director of Governmental Affairs for the Medical Association of Georgia (MAG), will discuss current legislative issues we are facing in our state. Marcus walks the hall of the state capitol daily and has his finger on the pulse of issues that impact medicine. Then MAG CEO Donald Palmisano will present his perspective on the important trends he sees on the State and National levels that are changing the paradigm of medicine at an alarming rate. The DeKalb Medical Society’s mission is to provide our members with an opportunity to gather together, as peers, to discuss issues in an open forum, Thursday, March 26 freely and without opposing entities present. So join us for this important meeting, and bring your spouse if their schedule permits. DeKalb Medical Keeton Auditorium Speakers Donald J. Palmisano Jr. Donald J.
