US YOUTH SOCCER MEMBERSHIP PASS POLICY
Every Player, Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager & Team Assistant must have a US
Youth Soccer Member Pass within CYSA to participate in sanctioned matches WITHOUT
EXCEPTION. See PIM 88-4 & Specific Rule 4:05
1. All Players and Staff (e.g. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Managers, Team
Assistants & Trainers) must have a US Youth Soccer Member Pass stamped with the
official District Registrar “seal” for all teams that are participating in Inter-League or
Inter-District play.
2. All Staff (e.g. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Managers, Team Assistants &
Trainers) must have a US Youth Soccer Member Pass highlighted on the edges of
the pass with the approved color highlighter pen designated by your District.
3. A current photograph showing the player’s appropriate age MUST be used.
4. Photograph should be approximately 1” by 1-1/2.”
5. All photographs must be free from sunglasses and hats. The face of the photograph
needs to be clearly visible.
6. All US Youth Soccer Member Passes MUST be laminated per CYSA PIM 88-4 &
Specific Rule 4:05.
